P FOR “PRIMO”

P Nivole is a Moscato d’Asti that comes from an exact area in Piedmont: the sub-zone of Canelli, the cradle of Moscato grapes. The area is so highly suitable to the variety that it has given it the name of Moscato Bianco di Canelli. The grapes come exclusively from old vines which are the first to be harvested and are characterized by lower yields compared to traditional Moscato. Only collected upon reaching perfect aromatic maturation, the fruits combine remarkable freshness and a delicate floral bouquet: a characteristic that has distinguished Moscato d’Asti in the world as one of the few sweet wines that can bring the genuine fragrance of ripe grapes to the glass, without adding sugar. The old vines, low yields and the area’s natural vocation for the variety yield a first-grade, refined and elegant Moscato d’Asti distinguished by drinkability and delicacy, unveiling exceptionally intense aromas supported by a prominent structure.
