“Chiarlo & Nespolo: dal 2010 Arte in Vigna” – the new exhibition at Palás Cerequio opens to the public on June 29th
“As an artist, I have always believed that art should not be confined within gallery walls or the pages of history books. It should pulsate in the veins of everyday life, weaving itself into the fabric of existence.” – Ugo Nespolo
A celebration of the extraordinary encounter between two Italian excellences: the art of Ugo Nespolo and the winemaking tradition of Michele Chiarlo.
From June 29 to December 31, 2024, the spaces of Palás Cerequio will host an immersion into the avant-garde art of the artist from Biella: large works from his illustrious career as well as unpublished sketches that trace our long collaboration – starting with the Porta sul Vigneto at Art Park La Court and continuing through the creation of the label for La Court Vignaveja Nizza Docg Riserva.
Through his work, Nespolo not only challenges artistic norms but also invites viewers to rethink their relationship with the world around them: an interactive and immersive journey, celebrated in the exhibition and also with the upcoming inauguration of the new “eno-artistic” project Cannubi Path, an itinerary among the rows of the most important vineyard in the Langhe that transforms a visiting space into a multisensory and artistic experience.
