Dolcetto d'Alba

Characteristics: delicate and fruity bouquet with clear notes of black cherries, almond flowers, vanilla; on the palate it is delicate, elegant and well balanced, with a pleasant aftertaste of bitter almonds.

Life cycle: excellent after 3-4 years

: 16-17° C.
Accompaniments
: risottos, white meat, cold cuts.
